I have a Litter Robot 3 which I purchased in April 2021. S/N LR3171595. Order #: 1085085. About a week ago the yellow light for the pinch sensor started flashing rapidly. At first I was able to take the unit apart and use a soft brush to clean litter and dust out of the base and this would fix the problem.If it's blinking fast, then it's the pinch detect fault. Litter Robot owner here -- Have had two litter robots and I think a recent batch of circuits is faulty. First one had no trouble with DFI for years; second one I bought refurbished and DFI went in 2 months. I replaced the DFI on first one, that lasted only 2 months. If Whisker does not get on top of this, they will lose their audience.With most litters, the clean litter should be below the suggested line. This fixes the issue a lot of the time, even when it doesn’t look to full -make sure the bot is not touching the wall or anything else -make sure the bonnet is on correctly and seems tightly snapped -make sure the bag is hooked on the 4 notches, below the tray.I’ve tried various litters, unscented, cat attract, regular litter box in different shapes, sizes, unclumping litter, pelleted litter, etc. He’ll use a puppy pad until it’s dirty, then the floor. ‍♀️ I thought this was a permanent issue, but I boarded him while we were gone a weekend and he used the box, not the pad, every.Hey all, LR3 owners for about a year now and got a new error yesterday. Now all it will do is flash the blue light! The drawer is empty, the bag is not in the way, and it will not cycle at all, even when unplugged and plugged back in. Troubleshooting said to wipe the sensor with a qtip, so I wiped down the area, although I don't really see a black spot that looks like the lense shown in the YouTube videos.

We've had a litter robot 3 for about 6 4 months. A few days ago it got stuck in the middle of a cycle. I didn't see it when it stopped, but it looks like it completed the first half to dump the waste then got stuck before it started rolling back to the home position. The yellow light is on solid. The buttons are completely unresponsive.
